Q: I have heard that I don’t need a well, how will I get water to my home?

A: The entire subdivision will be provided treated water and sewer services. This is on a metered basis much like in the town of Rocky Mountain House. This means you do not have the usually incurred cost of drilling a well or adding a septic tank for your property.
